A practical, hands-on approach
Our training draws on techniques used by professional actors to develop presence, awareness, expression and connection.
Rather than simply talking about communication, participants get to explore it in practice. Through guided exercises, they experiment with different approaches, discover what works for them and gain a better understanding of how they come across to others.
